Case summary
A resident of the Moscow Oblast. Accused of an offence to the feelings of believers and the distribution of pornography.
In May 2025, a video was circulated on social networks in which a girl says "Icons should be pissed on" and then Andrey puts a cross to his penis, simulating sexual intercourse.
The video caught the attention of Vladislav Pozdnyakov, creator of Men's State, and Ekaterina Mizulina, head of the Safe Internet League. The latter said that she had contacted law enforcement.
After that, it became known that criminal proceedings were initiated against Andrey L. and two girls who appeared in the video. All three are in custody.
