Case summary
Resident of the Moscow region. Charged in a case of offence to the feelings of believers and distribution of pornography.
In May 2025, a video circulated on social networks in which a girl on camera says "Icons should be pissed on" and then a young man puts a cross to his penis, simulating sexual intercourse.
The video was brought to the attention of the creator of "Men's State" blogger Vladislav Pozdniakov, and the head of the Safe Internet League, Ekaterina Mizulina. The latter reported that she had contacted the law enforcement authorities.
After that, it became known that a criminal case had been opened against a young man and two girls who appeared in the video. All three were sent into custody.
