Case summary
Resident of Novosibirsk. According to media reports, Bondarev negatively characterised his mother's civilian spouse - veteran of the Great Patriotic War Vitaly Simonov, in his posts accusing the latter of abusing his mother, putting her in a nursing home, and stealing. A case of insulting a veteran and defamation was opened against him. On 28th of December 2022 Bondarev was sentenced to a fine of 100 thousand rubles.
