Case summary
A retiree and a resident of Vladivostok. In May 2025, Bulgakova became a defendant in a case of justification of terrorism on the Internet because of a comment left in Telegram under a post about the death of activist Ildar Dadin in Ukraine, who had joined the "Freedom of Russia" Legion. The retiree wrote: "Eternal bright memory to Hero Ildar".
Earlier, the "Freedom of Russia" Legion was recognised as a terrorist organisation in Russia.
Bulgakova was taken into custody not earlier than 28 May 2025 and not later than 4 September 2025.
In November 2025, it became known that Bulgakova was also accused of financing terrorism due to paid reactions in Telegram to the publications of the "Freedom of Russia" Legion public channel.
