Case summary
Resident of Essentuki. Former police and Rosgvardia officer. Communicated in an eight-person chat room dedicated to cars and motorbikes, where he also discussed the war and criticised the Russian authorities. He wrote about the war on Instagram. On October 8th 2022, he was searched as part of a case of preparation for a terrorist attack. Burmay managed to leave Russia. He was put on a wanted list. He said that a case of drug possession was also opened against him, details are unknown.
