Case summary
A resident of Vladivostok. By his own admission, in September 2022, he threw a Molotov cocktail to the window of a military recruitment office. He calls it a manifestation of his civil position. On 29 June 2023, Chishkovsky was sentenced to 11 years in a strict regime colony.
