According to the investigation, in the period from 23 hours 00 minutes on 14 March 2019 to 06 hours 10 minutes on 15 March 2019, together with Andrei Starkovsky and persons unidentified by the investigation, while located on the specified road adjacent to the territory of the railway station <address>, in the area of the 65th quarter of the Urdomsky district forestry of the Yarensky forestry <address>, acting deliberately, in coordination, as part of a group of persons, wishing to illegally stop any movement of machinery along this road and committing unlawful acts against the employees of LLC "SeverStroyTrans", aimed at stopping the movement of a convoy of machinery by damaging the machinery and using physical violence against the employees of SeverStroyTrans who were driving the machinery, he decided to use a mobile two-axle trailer placed across the road at a distance of 100 metres from the exit through the gate from the territory of the railway station <address> towards the Komi Republic, deliberately kept in this position for a long time as an artificial barrier preventing any movement of machinery along this section of the road. Then, in the period from 23 hours 00 minutes on 14 March 2019 to 06 hours 10 minutes on 15 March 2019, together with Andrei Starkovsky and persons unidentified by the investigation, while located on the said road adjacent to the territory of the railway station <address>, in the area of the 65th quarter of the Urdomsky district forestry of the Yarensky forestry <address>, at a distance of about 755 metres from the exit through the gate from the territory of the railway station <address> towards the Komi Republic, acting intentionally, arbitrarily, contrary to the procedure established by law for the performance of any actions, the legality of which is disputed, illegally, having appropriated to himself the powers of authority, after the "HITACHI ZX200-3" excavator, licence plate KK 7321 11, had been damaged and could not continue moving, he used physical violence against Alexei Kozlov, at the same time, acting deliberately, jointly, arbitrarily, with the specified purpose, being near the excavator cabin, grabbed Kozlov by the hands and pulled him out of the cabin, at the same time jointly inflicting with hands and feet at least 10 blows on Kozlov's head and body, at the same time inflicting at least two blows. Then, acting as part of a group of individuals, jointly with Starkovky and other persons not identified by the investigation, between 23:00 on March 14, 2019, and 06:10 on March 15, 2019, while located on the aforementioned road adjacent to the railway station [address], in the vicinity of the 65th quarter of the Urdom district forest area of the Yaren forestry [address], intentionally and unlawfully, in violation of the established legal procedure for undertaking any actions, the legality of which is disputed, and unlawfully assuming authority associated with the power to restrict the constitutional rights of citizens of the Russian Federation to personal inviolability (Article 22 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation), and to freedom of movement (Article 27 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation), after inflicting bodily harm upon Kozlov, jointly and unlawfully deprived Kozlov and [another victim] of their liberty, obstructing their free movement, forcibly, against the will of the victims, detaining them outdoors in freezing weather for no less than three consecutive hours, thereby degrading their dignity and subjecting them to cruel treatment.
