Case summary
Resident of the Arkhangelsk region, took part in actions against the construction of a landfill at Shiess station to import rubbish from Moscow to the region. A arbitrariness case was initiated against him and three other people: they were accused of attacking an excavator at an environmental camp. Their associates said that Kozlov, the victim in the case, "destroyed the activists' caravan with the escavator, injuring [environmentalist] Vladimir Kogut, and then swung the bucket from side to side, crowding people, clearing the way for himself". On 30 of June 2020, Grigoryants was acquitted.
