Case summary

Resident of Novosibirsk. Mother of three children. Participant of numerous protest actions, including those in support of the former governor of Khabarovsk Krai, Sergey Furgal.

A case under Article 212.1 of the Criminal Code was brought against Drobnokhod on 30 January 2021, after she was detained during a traditional "pigeon feeding" action in support of Khabarovsk Krai and its former governor Sergei Furgal. The next day Drobnokhod was sent under house arrest.

On 16 February, Drobnokhod house arrest was replaced with detention. The reason was her participation in the action on 14 February - a mass walk in the streets with torches at the call of Alexei Navalny's headquarters, as well as a solitary picket on 15 February against political repression and in support of Furgal, after which Drobnokhod was detained. On 26 February it became known that her husband and son were not allowed to visit the activist in the pre-trial detention centre.

On 18 March, the court dismissed Drobnokhod's case and ordered her to pay a court fine. In April, the prosecutor's office appealed the decision. The appeal court upheld the decision, but the cassation court accepted the arguments of the prosecutor's office and decided to send the case for revisition.

On 23 August 2024, Drobnokhod was put on a wanted list and arrested in absentia.
