Case summary

A resident of St Petersburg. She was accused of failing to report a terrorist attack in connection with arson attacks carried out by her partner Alexei Baranov. He was initially charged with damaging property for setting fire to a Rosgvardiya warehouse and traffic police cars, as well as attempting to set fire to Interior Ministry vehicles. However, later, apparently, the charge was reclassified to committing a terrorist act. On 22 August 2024, Emelyanova was sentenced to a fine of 70 thousand rubles.
