Case summary
A student of the College of Railway Transport at the Ural State University of Railway Transport in Yekaterinburg. He was taken into custody no later than on 1 March 2023 on charges of facilitating terrorist activity in a case of attempting to assemble an explosive device and distributing leaflets in support of Ukraine. The charge was later reclassified to failure to report a terrorist offence. On 10 June 2024, a sentence was handed down, details unknown. On 11 July 2024, Konkin was removed from the Rosfinmonitoring (Federal Financial Monitiring Service) terrorist list.
