Case summary

A resident of Vladivostok. In April 2022, she and her friends were detained for posting anti-war leaflets. Later it became known that a criminal case was opened against her for failure to report an offence because she failed to inform law enforcement authorities that her acquaintance Sh. had called for setting fire to military enlistment centres in a Telegram message. On 14 March 2023, Vakhrameeva was sentenced to a fine of 45 thousand rubles.
