According to the investigation, "sharing the goals and ideology of the terrorist organisation of the Ukrainian paramilitary association 'Freedom of Russia Legion' (TO LFR), which in accordance with the decision of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation is recognised as terrorist, she decided, while communicating with a representative of the LSR TO on the Internet, to participate in deliberate illegal activities related to the continuation of the LSR TO's activities by sending the LSR TO representative an electronic document entitled “Application form for membership of the Legion Freedom of Russia, as well as the performance of tasks”. In particular, she fulfilled the tasks of the representative of TO LFR "by producing photographs of documents from the Republican Hospital of the Republic of Altai containing information about employees of the Federal Security Service of Russia in the Republic of Altai, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Altai, the Federal Security Service of Russia in the Republic of Altai, participants and veterans of the special military operation conducted by the armed forces of the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine, as well as their family members, after which she sent them to the specified representative of TO LFR". In addition, in the period from August 29th to October 2024, she decided to go to Turkey "with the purpose of further departure to the territory of Ukraine and further participation in the activities of TO LFR." For this purpose, she "collected all the necessary documents, planned the route of traveling" and purchased air tickets on the route Novosibirsk - Moscow - Istanbul.
