Case summary
A resident of the Zabaykalie region. A case was opened against him for financing terrorist activities and participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation. According to the law enforcement's version, in 2023-2024 he sent more than 35 thousand rubles as donations to the "Artpodgotovka" movement, attempted to become its member and told other people about the activities of "Artpodgotovka" founder Viacheslav Maltsev.
On 15 December 2025, the court sentenced Evdokimov to 12 years in prison, three of which he must serve in prison and the remainder in a strict regime (penal) colony.
