In the court's opinion, Evdokimov, experiencing political hatred and enmity towards the current state authorities of the Russian Federation, aimed to participate in activities of a community created by V.V. Maltsev among the participants of the interregional public movement "Artpodgotovka" and the organisation "Artpodgotovka" (the community is recognised as a terrorist organisation under the Russian Federation law). Evdokimov allegedly made repeated money transfers to the benefit of the community from July 2023 to July 2024, totalling more than 35,000 roubles. Also in October 2024, Evdokimov, wishing to confirm his participation in the said terrorist organisation, obtained a corresponding party ticket with an individual number, and at the request of a member of the organisation provided his CV, in which he expressed his desire to participate in the execution of assigned tasks. Additionally, Evdokimov, between June 2020 and March 2025, raised awareness of the activities of the terrorist organisation in question among other people by sending videos of V.V. Maltsev in Telegram messenger and recounting their content during conversations.

Full summary
A resident of the Zabaykalie region. A case was opened against him for financing terrorist activities and participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation. According to the law enforcement's version, in 2023-2024 he sent more than 35 thousand rubles as donations to the "Artpodgotovka" movement, attempted to become its member and told other people about the activities of "Artpodgotovka" founder Viacheslav Maltsev.
