Case summary
A resident of Cheboksary. A case of vandalism was brought against him: according to the investigation, together with another persecuted person, he damaged a light installation with the letter Z. For this he has already been fined 30 thousand rubles each under the article on "discrediting" the army (part 1 of article 20.3.3 of the Administrative Offences Code). He was under an obligation to appear. The criminal case was considered in a special order. On 4 August 2022 the prosecution was terminated, Fedotov was given a judicial fine of 20 thousand rubles. However, on 3 October the court of appeal cancelled this decision, and on 18 November Fedorov was sentenced to eight months of restricted freedom.
