Житель Москвы. Против него возбудили дело о применении насилия к представителю власти в связи с разгоном акции против пенсионной реформы 9 сентября 2018 года. Его задержали и 11 сентября отправили под стражу. 25 апреля 2019 года суд отправил его на принудительное лечение. В сентябре 2020 года Федосеев освободился из клиники.
