Case summary

In June 2021, it became known that Fedulova was being investigated for an offence under Article 212.1 of the Criminal Code for repeated violation of the order of holding public events. Fedulova was detained on 19 August 2021, the same day it became known that the case had been opened. On 23 August, the court refused to send Fedulova in custody, she was released. On 2 September Fedulova was released on her own recognisance.
