Case summary
A resident of Moscow, former municipal deputy, member of the "Yabloko" party. Participant of the "Congress of People's Deputies" established in Poland in 2022. In May 2023 and January 2024, she was searched as a witness in the cases against Ilya Ponomarev, the organiser of the Congress, and in April 2025 - also as a witness in the case against members of the association "Deputies of Peaceful Russia". On 4th of March 2026, Filchenko was searched in the case of participation in the activities of a terrorist community, which the "Congress of People's Deputies" was recognised as, and violent seizure of power. The same day she was taken into custody.
