A resident of Kachkanar (Sverdlovsk region). A case of failure to report a crime was brought against him: according to the investigation, his acquaintance in conversations with him shared the ideas of holy war, justified violence and wanted to join terrorist groups, and Gadirov did not report it to the proper place.
