Case summary
A resident of Kachkanar (Sverdlovsk region). A case of failure to report a crime was brought against him: according to the investigation, his acquaintance in conversations with him shared the ideas of holy war, justified violence and wanted to join terrorist groups, and Gadirov did not report it to the proper place. At the same time, according to the case materials, he learnt about his acquaintance's position as early as 2021. The case came to court in September 2025. On 2 February 2026, Gadirov was sentenced to a fine of 60 thousand rubles.
