1) Published a post on Twitter on 11 July 2019 calling for participation in a rally on 14 July 2019 in Novopushkinsky Square in support of unregistered candidates. 2) Participated in a rally on 15 July 2019 in Trubnaya Square in support of unregistered candidates. 3) Participated in a rally on 17 July 2019 in the same place on the same topic. 5) Published a series of posts in July 2020 calling for participation in a rally on 15 July 2020 against constitutional amendments. 6) Published another series of posts, after the rally was not approved, "with the aim of conspiring illegal actions by changing the form of holding a public event unauthorized by the executive authorities of Moscow under the guise of collecting signatures". Two more events were added later: 8) A Facebook post on 29 July 2019 calling to participate in the action on 3 August 2019 in support of unregistered candidates. The court excluded events 4 (participation in the rally on 27 July 2019) and 7 (Facebook posts on 20, 23, 25, and 26 July 2019) from the charge.

Full summary
On 31 July 2020, the Investigative Committee announced the initiation of criminal proceedings against Yulia Galamina under the charge of repeated violations of the regulations for organizing public events (Article 212.1 of the Criminal Code). This action was prompted by her involvement in a protest to collect signatures against constitutional amendments, which took place on 15 July at Pushkinskaya Square. Before this protest, Galamina had been subjected to multiple instances of administrative detention in connection with her exercise of the right to freedom of assembly. On the night of 1 August, Galamina was formally charged, subjected to hours of questioning, and subsequently released on her own recognizance. Law enforcement authorities also conducted searches at her country house and residence.
On 23 December, she was sentenced to a two-year probation period.
