Full summary
Активист движения "СтопХам", борющегося с неправильными парковками. В июне 2022 года снимал неправильную парковку, после чего оказалось, что в машине находятся сотрудники полиции. У Горбачевского и двух других активистов движения произошел конфликт с ними. Активисты утверждают, что сотрудники сами напали на них. 25 июня 2022 года Горбачевского взяли под стражу по делу о хулиганстве и применении насилия к представителю власти. 19 февраля 2024 года его приговорили к шести годам колонии общего режима. 24 октября 2024 года суд апелляционной инстанции отменил приговор и вернул дело в прокуратуру. 24 ноября 2025 года Горбачевского вновь приговорили к шести годам колонии общего режима.
