Case summary
On November 26, 2019, he was detained in Chelyabinsk on charges of involvement in a terrorist organisation. He was taken into custody. It became known later that Khalikov wsd also accused of recruitment for a terrorist organisation. On May 27, 2021, he was sentenced to 12 years in a strict regime colony.
