Vladislav Ivakhnik

Ivakhnik, knowing that A. Pesotsky, A. Dmitriev and A. Marochkin had organised the activities of the banned extremist organisation National Bolshevik Party on the territory of St. Petersburg, decided to personally participate in its activities, and in the second half of 2007 agreed to become a member of the NBP, thus ensuring the actual continuation of the extremist activities of the NBP. Ivakhnik's participation in the continuation of the extremist organisation's activities was expressed in the fact that, acting under the organisational leadership of A. Dmitriev, A. Pesotsky and A. Marochkin, he personally took part in regular meetings of NBP members on the organisation of NBP activities, ensured its financial and economic activities by personally contributing money on a monthly basis, participated in unauthorised public events organised by the NBP on the territory of St. Petersburg, including those held on the 31st day of each month, aimed at expressing intolerance towards the heads of the current authorities, as well as at popularizing the prohibited activities of the NBP; in 2007, 2009 and 2010, acting on behalf of the NBP, he repeatedly personally participated in illegal mass public events: publicly expressing the NBP's extremist political views, shouting its slogans and displaying its symbols, thus popularizing its prohibited activities, for which he was repeatedly found guilty of violation of the legally established procedure of organizing and holding public events, disobeying the lawful demand of a police officer in connection with his duty to protect public order, and also by obstructing traffic, crossing the roadway at a prohibiting traffic signal, thereby obstructing the organized movement of vehicles, for which he was found guilty of a traffic violation in 2009
