On 1 November 2010 Vadim Mamedov's home is searched; on 13 April 2011 he becomes a suspect in the case of the St. Petersburg "Other Russia" and is given a non-disappearance undertaking; on 20 April 2011 the Investigative Committee charges him under part 2 of article 282.2 of the Criminal Code (participation in the activities of an extremist organisation); on 14 September 2012 he petitions to dismiss the case against him for the expiration of the statute of limitations; on 18 September the court grants the petition.
