Alexey Zentsov

Knowing that A.A. Pesotsky, A.Y. Dmitriev and A.B. Marochkin had organised activities of the banned extremist organisation NBP on the territory of St. Petersburg, Zentsov decided to personally participate in its activities, agreed to become a member of the NBP from second half of 2007 to second half of 2009, thereby ensuring continuation of the extremist activities of the NBP. Zentsov's input in the continuation of the extremist organisation's activities was expressed in the fact that, acting under the organisational leadership of A.Y. Dmitriev, A.A. Pesotsky and A.B. Marochkin, he personally took part in regular meetings of NBP members on the organisation of NBP activities, ensured its financial and economic activities by personally donating money on a monthly basis, and participated in uncoordinated public events organised by the NBP in St. Petersburg aimed at expressing intolerance towards public authorities. In 2010, acting on behalf of the NBP, Zentsov personally participated in unlawful mass public events: publicly expressing the NBP's extremist political views, shouting its slogans and displaying its symbols, thereby popularising its prohibited activities, for which, among other things, in June of 2010 he was found guilty of committing petty hooliganism, a breach of public order, expressing obvious disrespect for society, accompanied by foul language in public places.
