According to the law enforcers' version, Ivashchenko and Anna Belyaeva set up a regional cell of the unregistered public organisation "Community of Free Russians" in Kuzbass in order to continue the activities of the extremist organisation "USSR" (banned by the Supreme Court of Komi). In order to promote the ideology of the extremist organisation, the individuals held meetings where they promoted the ideas of undermining the constitutional order, rejecting the rules of law in Russia, and spoke about the illegitimacy of the state, while attracting new supporters to extremist activity. In a short period of time, they involved more than 50 people in extremist activities.

Full summary
The resident of the Kemerovo region. On 20 June 2025, she was sentenced to five years' suspended sentence on charges of participation in the activities of an extremist organisation, recruitment to it and its financing. According to the version of law enforcers, she participated in the activities of the "Community of Free Russians" in order to continue the activities of the "Union of Slavic Forces of Russia" banned by the Supreme Court of Komi in 2019. This is one of the many organisations of "citizens of the USSR" who deny the collapse of the Soviet Union and seek its de facto restoration
