Case summary
A Ukrainian serviceman. He was taken prisoner on 19 January 2023. A case was opened against him for participation in the activities of a terrorist community due to the fact that he served in the Aidar Battalion in 2015. On 24 September 2024, Kistion was sentenced to five and a half years in a strict regime colony.
