Житель Москвы. 30 марта 2022 года его задержали и возбудили против него дело о применении насилия к полицейским во время разгона акции в поддержку Алексея Навального в январе 2021 года. В апреле Климашева поместили под стражу. 24 мая 2023 года его приговорили к пяти с половиной годам колонии общего режима.
По информации «Медиазоны», в июле 2024 года Климашев заключил контракт с Минобороны и отправился в Украину. По официальным данным, он погиб 25 мая 2025 года.
