Case summary
On 13 October 2020, it became known that law enforcement agencies opened a criminal case against Kochetkova for using violence against government officials during a dispersal of the rally on 10 October 2020 in support of the former governor of Khabarovsk Krai, Sergey Furgal. She signed a recognizance not to leave. Later, officers also charged Kochetkova with insulting government officials. In December, an investigator dismissed the case, considering that since the government officials were in civilian clothes on 10 October, Kochetkova could not have known they were police officers.
