Case summary
In July 2019, Konshin's home was searched as part of a case on the activities of an extremist organisation. A preventive measure in the form of a ban on certain actions was elected. On 15 June 2020, the measure of restraint was changed to signature on non-departure. On 26 April 2023, Konshin was sentenced to a fine of 450 thousand rubles. On 3 August, the appeal court added to the sentence a ban on holding any positions in religious and public organisations for 2 years and 11 months.
