Case summary
In October 2021, law enforcement officials in Nikolaevsk-on-Amur conducted searches at the homes of Jehovah's Witnesses, accusing them of extremism due to their religious beliefs. It was revealed that Korobochko is a suspect in a case involving participation in the activities of an extremist organisation. The investigator took a written undertaking from her not to leave the area. On July 30, 2024, Korobochko was sentenced to six years suspended.
