Case summary
On 14 May 2017, law enforcement agencies detained Dmitry. On 17 May, a court arrested him on a charge of using violence against a police officer. According to investigators, he hit a policeman on the leg. The appointed legal counsel persuaded him to plead guilty. On 7 December, a court sentenced Krepkin to one and a half years of colony. On 26 March 2018, the Moscow City Court upheld the sentence. On 21 September 2018, Krepkin was released after recalculating days in custody.
