Case summary

A resident of Yekaterinburg. He was presumably detained in May 2021 in connection with the case of a smoke bomb thrown during the dispersal of the January 23 rally in support of Alexei Navalny. A case was initiated for the use of violence against a representative of the authorities and hooliganism. On August 27, 2021, Kudrin was sentenced to eight months in a penal colony. On October 27, the court of appeal reduced the term by one month. In 2022, Kudrin was released from prison.
