Case summary
Born in Uzbekistan, he lived in the Luhansk region of Ukraine. In the spring of 2024, he was detained in the occupied territory, after which a case was opened against him for participating in the activities of a terrorist organization due to his six-month service as a driver in the Aidar Battalion in 2019. On October 16, 2024, Kudzhanov was sentenced to five and a half years in a general regime penal colony.
