Case summary
A resident of Zabaykalsky Krai. In July 2024 it became known that a case was initiated against him for participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation. According to the investigation, he was associated with the Artpodgotovka movement and distributed materials discrediting the Russian army and authorities in connection with the war in Ukraine, as well as calling for a violent change of the constitutional order. Later it became known that he was also accused of incitement to terrorism. On 11 June 2025, Lavrentev was sentenced to 11 years in a strict regime penal colony.
