A resident of Vladimir. A case was brought against him for using violence against a representative of authority at the action on 23 January 2021 in support of Alexei Navalnyi. The injured police officer filed a lawsuit against Lavrov for compensation for moral harm for 500 thousand rubles. On 27 September 2021, Lavrov was sentenced to one and a half years in a colony-settlement, the court also charged him 10 thousand rubles in favour of the police officer.
