According to the investigation, "in 2023, in the Telegram messenger, the accused established a cooperative relationship with T., a member of the radical nationalist armed formation "Russian Volunteer Corps" (hereinafter - "RDK"), accused of committing several crimes, including high treason, and declared on the international wanted list. In the period from October 2023 to April 2024, on the grounds of rejection of the foreign and domestic policy of the military and political leadership of the Russian Federation, wishing to provide financial assistance to Ukraine in order to support the armed formations of that State in combat operations against units of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and to facilitate the terrorist activities of the "RDK" aimed at destabilising the Russian authorities, he made transfers of cryptocurrency to digital accounts known to him from T., which he used to transfer money to the "RDK". Also in April 2024, in one of the public Telegram groups, he posted a publication from a Telegram channel belonging to "RDK", which promoted the terrorist ideology of "RDK" and called for financial support on their behalf, including to assist its members in organising and committing terrorist offences, by providing the relevant bank details.
