Case summary
A resident of Mytishchi (Moscow Region), she studied at a police college. On 24 February 2025, she was detained in St. Petersburg for spray-painting several anti-war inscriptions on the stands of a "patriotic photo exhibition" near the arch of the General Staff. Litvinova was fined 50,000 rubles under an administrative article on discrediting the army, after which she was taken into custody on charges of vandalism. On 19 March 2025, her restraint was replaced with a prohibition of certain actions.
