Case summary
Ukrainian serviceman, was captured on 7 November 2024. A case was opened against him for participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation due to his involvement in the activities of the Aidar battalion. In December 2024, a court in Lugansk took him into custody. On 11 June 2025, Liubchenko was sentenced to 13 years in a strict regime penal colony.
