According to the investigation, he demonstrated symbols of the "Freedom of Russia" legion in Telegram. Before that, in May 2024, he was prosecuted under the administrative article on the demonstration of prohibited symbols (Art. 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences) because of the publication of images of the white and blue flag, which is the symbol of the Ukrainian legion "Freedom of Russia", and the flag of Ukraine with the emblem of the Azov regiment.
