Case summary

On 12 June 2018, he was detained after a search due to suspicion of participation in the activities of an extremist organisation, released on 14 June on his personal recognizance not to leave.

On 20 September 2019, he was sentenced to two years in a general regime penal colony.

On 6 February 2020, he was beaten in the colony. Sent to a SHIZO due to the fact that he allegedly smoked, although Miretsky does not smoke due to his religious beliefs.

On 3 August 2021 he was released.
