Case summary
On 4 October 2016, he was detained while handing over 120 thousand rubles and taken into custody on 6 October. He was charged with commercial bribery involving extortion. On 1 March 2017, the charge was reclassified under the article on extortion on a large scale. After the preliminary investigation was completed, Nazimov was restricted in the time to familiarise himself with the case materials. On 19 July 2017, he was beaten by a convoy in the courtroom. On 22 November 2018, he was sentenced to four years and seven months in a general regime colony.
