Case summary

A resident of Moscow, a schoolboy. On January 21st 2025, a case was brought against him for failure to report a crime. According to the investigation, he learnt from a peer that they were going to set fire to the United Russia office in Dolgoprudny near Moscow and failed to report it to the appropriate authorities. (The arson took place on February 17th 2024. The suspect was detained a few days later. Initially, a case of hooliganism was opened, but then the charge was recalibrated to terrorism). In addition, earlier a case of destruction of property was opened against the schoolboy, the details are unknown. The teenager was put under travel ban.
