Case summary

A resident of Moscow, an activist of the StopXam movement. On 14 February 2023, together with another activist Nikolai Sadekov, he got into a conflict with violators of traffic rules. A case of hooliganism was brought against the activists despite the fact that the offenders, who are considered victims in the case, beat them up. The activists were subjected to a measure of restraint in the form of a ban on certain actions. In December 2023, the court did not extend the measure of restraint. On 13 May 2025, Nosov was sentenced to a fine of 200 thousand rubles.
