Case summary
A resident of Moscow, an activist of the StopHam movement. On 14 February 2023, he got into a conflict with violators of traffic rules together with another activist Sergey Nosov. A case of hooliganism was initiated against the activists, despite the fact that the offenders, who are considered victims in the case, beat them up. The activists were given a preventive measure in the form of a ban on certain actions. In December 2023, the court did not extend the preventive measure. On 13 May 2025, Sadekov was sentenced to a fine of 600 thousand rubles.
