Case summary

Detained on 29 October. Novikov was interrogated as part of the case of violence against a representative of the authorities in connection with the events of 27 July 2019. According to the telegram channel Baza, the interrogation lasted until the night of 30 October. The next day the court sent him to custody, and the representative of the IC announced the end of investigative actions.

On 6 December he was sentenced to a fine of 150 thousand rubles. The court reduced the amount to 120 thousand due to being in pre-trial detention centre. Novikov was released from custody in the courtroom.
