According to the investigators' version, he grabbed S.V. Galkin, an employee of the UMVD PPSP regiment, by the hood of his uniform jacket with his hands, pulled it towards himself and started pulling the hood to the ground with force, pulling the jacket down on S.V. Galkin's head. The police officer leaned forward, and Olekhnovich delivered at least two punches with his right hand to the head and torso area, causing the police officer to experience physical pain.

Full summary
Ship repairman. After the action on 23 January 2021 in support of Navalny, he was put on a wanted list. On 26 January 2021, Olekhnovich appeared before the Investigative Committee and made a signed apology to a police officer unknown to him, whom he, Olekhnovich, as he himself claims, used violence against at the 23 January rally in support of Alexei Navalny. The lawyer says that Olekhnovich intervened when police officers started dragging another protester on the ground. Olekhnovich was questioned as a witness and released, but the next day he was detained and charged. On 28 January the court sent him to custody.
On 23 April he was sentenced to two years of probation.
