Case summary

A resident of Kaluga, a member of the anti-fascist movement. In March 2022, a number of local activists had their homes searched. The garage where a local band Social Distancing rehearsed was searched as well. It became known that a case of public justification of terrorism was initiated because of leaflets with a photo of Mikhail Zhlobitsky, who staged a self-detonation in the building of the Federal Security Service (FSB) in the Arkhangelsk region. Paramonov was a minor at the time of pasting the leaflets. On 18 October 2022, he was sentenced to a fine of 30,000 rubles. In November 2024, the prosecutor's office filed a lawsuit to recognise "public organisation" and rock band (which by then had already been disbanded for over two years) Social Distancing as a terrorist organisation. Paramonov was listed as an active participant.
