Case summary

Resident of Omsk. On 8 August 2020, he was detained during the dispersal of a rally in support of Khabarovsk and former Khabarovsk Krai Governor Sergey Furgal - the so-called "feeding of pigeons". Pasichnyk was accused of using violence against a representative of the authorities. He was given a recognizance not to leave the country. Later he was sentenced to a year and a half suspended sentence.

In December 2024, Pasichnyk was included in the list of extremists and terrorists of Rosfinmonitoring with a mark that is placed next to the names of those prosecuted under terrorist articles.
