According to the investigation, while in Murmansk from 22 April to 10 December 2022, by means of a mobile phone belonging to a person known to him, who was unaware of his criminal intentions, he made six money transfers totalling 5,050 roubles to the electronic purse of the payment service "YuMoney", which was used by a terrorist community created from participants of the extremist organisation - the MOD (Interregional Public Movement) "Artpodgotovka" - thus providing the community with the means to carry out terrorist activities.
